I haven't seen this yet, but you know that he was recently in a show called Moshimo Tour (or something), right? (Please please tell me if you see the show streamed somewhere... ;_;)
Well, they shot the show in Kyoto, and went to some restaurant (am I right?).
Anyway, my friend who lives in Kyoto told me that this restaurant is called "Toriyone" in Matsuo. Perhaps they mention the name in the show? My friend found out about it because this is the place that he, the only son of the chief priest of a famous temple in Kyoto, always uses for his temple's end-of-the-year party, and the employees of the restaurant later told him about the shooting of the show.
He told me that, according to the employees, G was "superhumanly skinny 人間離れした細さ".
Based on the way my friend told me this, I think the employee meant that as a compliment....
But that made me go

I guess the buff-macho G's really gone, and he's become one of the more trendy skinny machos (細マッチョ) again...  9____9;;;;;
I know, I know, it's for Nemuri Kyoshiro.
But this sudden loss of weight (which was pretty much all muscle mass, of course) scares me. I know he trains like a Ninja Assassin (huh?), but still...

Anyway, my friend says he'll take me to that restaurant when I come to Japan, so that'd be so awesome.
Kyoto is one of the cities in Japan I love the most. The entire city is so MIYABI 雅 (elegant, refined, graceful, chic, etc.). Lots of international tourists visit the city, too. If you ever come to Japan, I'd recommend you enjoy the city for a few days. ^^

BTW, the advices he's giving to his "brothers" in the audience are very deep, touching, and hilarious. I'm really glad he got to do this all-guys live.

My goodness, it's just hilarious!!!! XDDDDD

Translating the whole thing will be a killer (and it's not like I didn't have other materials already in mind ^^;;;;;;), so I guess I could just provide summaries if everybody's interested, although summaries won't be nearly enough to appreciate the conversations...
Only if I had 30 hours everyday..... ^^;

Been listening to this song lately, "Yeoja" (Woman) by Big Mama. Their voices are right in my range (granted I dont sing anywhere near as well as they do XD) which is nice because most female singers are too high for me to sing right. Back in early college I used to be able to sing Nakashima Mika pretty well without much problem but as time goes on it gets harder and harder to the point where nowadays I sing a lot of her stuff down an octave because I just cant reach as high as I used to. Whereas the lowest I can sing is a low E. So this stuff is right up my alley. Theyre great singers =)
